John Mann met this week with Olympic High Jumper Brendan Reilly to discuss the future of Athletics in Bassetlaw.

They met at Manton Club, just one of the sites that have received Government and Lottery money over recent years to expand athletics provision.

John said "having a real-life Olympian supporting improvements in Bassetlaw is fantastic and will help us fight for to go further and get better sport facilities across our towns and villages."

"Every young person should have the chance to get involved in sport."
