John Mann has responded to the loss of 100 jobs at the Courtaulds Textiles site at Manton Wood by calling for urgent talks and Sheffield City Region intervention.  He said “the loss of one hundred jobs at this current time is bad news for our community and devastating for those directly affected by this announcement.  We need to move fast, we need to hold talks now and we should be immediately asking for Sheffield City Region intervention.  Now is the time for action”.
