When Amy Jeffrey first came to my office I was shocked and saddened by her situation.

She is a student nurse whose husband was tragically killed in a road accident.

But whereas anyone over 45 will receive  some state help for up to a year, many under 45 receive nothing.

This is utterly unjust. I fully support Amy's campaign. Although we have now handed in the petition, you can still support it too in the following ways:

• PRINT this form, pass it round and send it back to John (more details below)
• OR sign a paper copy of the petition in the Worksop Guardian office on Ryton Street
• AND join the facebook group.

We will be presenting the peition to 10 Downing Street and every signature will help.
